-What is your return policy?

We are happy to offer free returns on all orders. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return your product.

We accept returns on products purchased within 30 days of the original delivery date. All returned jewelry must arrive in the condition it was received, along with the original tags and packaging. We offer free returns and exchanges.

 

-What is your shipping policy?

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep.

 

-How long will it take to receive my refund?

It can take up to 1–3 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion. 

 

-How should I take care of my jewelry?

We want your jewelry to keep
in shape for years to come! 

Here are our tips on caring for your jewelry pieces:

The more intentional you are about caring for your jewelry, the
longer it will last.

-Put your jewelry on last (after makeup, perfume, sunscreen etc.)

-Keep your jewelry away from water, lotions/creams, perfume,
sweat and other liquids. If your piece gets wet, wipe it dry. 

-Avoid swimming, bathing, or showering with jewelry on. 

If your piece gets a loss of brilliance, you can gently scrub your piece with a soft bristled toothbrush or with your fingers and rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth.

 

-Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
